Looking for a list of weight watcher recipes to include on your weight watchers diet plan? For a healthy lifestyle you may include the weight watcher turkey meatloaf on your list.

Ingredients:
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1/2 tsp onion powder or minced onion
* 1 cup zucchini - diced
* 1 cup carrots - diced
* 1 small onion - diced
* 2 lbs ground turkey
* 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
* 2 eggs
* 1/2 - 3/4 cup ketchup
* 1 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS:
* 1 cup green or red pepper - diced
Here's how to do it:
*These ingredients will all be needed and not just optional for a 7 point weight watcher turkey meatloaf.
*Mix the ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, egg and ketchup in a large bowl. Mix until well blended.
*Add the seasonings to the meatloaf mixture and mix well.
*The vegetables are optional but do give the Weight Watchers Turkey Meatloaf LOTS of flavor! I use carrots, green or red peppers, zucchini and sometimes onion. Dice all the veggies and add them to the meatloaf mixture.
*Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for one hour. Let sit about 10 minutes after removing from oven before slicing and serving.
*If you like a tomato topping on your meatloaf you can add crushed tomatoes or spaghetti sauce about 10 minutes before cooking time is done. (Be sure to account for any additional points you add here, they are not included in the 7 points).
